Joe was born and raised in Ellicottville, New York, before moving to North Carolina to serve in The United States Army. Eight years later, Joe’s back home and has been working with Beltone ever since. Joe holds his New York State Hearing instrument license and works extremely hard to find the most affordable solutions to helping you hear better.
Joe has a big personality, and that means customers always enjoy working with Joe every step of the way. When Joe’s not running between his offices, he can be found cheering on the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. Joe lives in Clarence Center with his wife, Andrea. Together, they are raising three teenagers (which is an accomplishment in itself!).
Joe promises to always work diligently to serve you.
Sue began working for Beltone after she brought her hearing-impaired husband into the office for a hearing evaluation. A patient care coordinator at our Batavia office since 2013, Sue is responsible for scheduling appointments, contacting insurance companies to verify benefits, and handling all other day-to-day tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly. Most of all, Sue is a friendly face who everyone loves to see when they enter the officer on McKinley Parkway.
In her spare time, Sue is a notable green thumb. She loves plants—which you will always notice in and around the office—and her flower and vegetable gardens rival the best in the area! Sue is a proud mother to her grown children and has two little grandchildren who brighten her day.
Nancy is a patient care coordinator at the Beltone office in Batavia, New York, who handles all office tasks. A Beltone team member for over 25 years (wow!), Nancy can still remember when hearing aids needed to be adjusted with screw drivers (double wow!).
Nancy is a transplant from New Hampshire, which means her roots run deep with a love of Boston sports. But don’t let that spoil her for you—Nancy has lived in Batavia for over 40 years with her husband, Gary, and has enjoyed raising three children and a beautiful grandson right here in Western New York.
With all the experience Nancy brings to the table, you are in good hands when walking into the Batavia office!
Tara is a patient care coordinator at our Williamsville location. Aboard the Beltone team since 2014, Tara is a true asset to the company as she is responsible for billing and appointment scheduling at two different offices.
Tara is happily married to her husband, Ryan, and together they have a precious dog that occupies their time. If you have Beltone hearing aids and live in the Northtowns, chances are you have interacted with Tara! Rest assured, when you enter the Williamsville location, your hearing difficulties will be solved.
